To whom it may concern:
This is a casement window operator. It has " Roto" printed on the plastic cover and a ww symbol on the actual crank underside. It uses a single bent arm approximately 3 1/2 inches long.
Any help in identifying this item would be appreciated.

We would like to help but, unfortunately, Roto has been steadily discontinuing its hardware in recent years. Since no substitute has been recommended in its place, we will not be able to supply replacement parts for your repair. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
