Hi there!

This reminds me of our 39-220B and 39-221B operators. Look over our dimensions and compare them to yours to see if these match your old assembly. If you need new brackets, see our 39-545 and 39-546.

Looks like encode sill mout operator is correct
Do you also sell the other piece that is attached to the bottom of the window and is in the metal track attached to the sill

It sounds like you're referring to your hinge. Start by taking a look at our 36-048 and compare our dimensions with yours to see if this matches up for what you need.
