Casement window operator

A home owner from Colorado says:

Casement window operator is broken. "Truth" stamped on operator arm, approximately 9.5" operator arm. Visible numbers inside operator are 45108, and pat# 4-840,075.

Window is 16" wide and only opens about 45 degrees before the window frame hits the operator arm (see picture #2). Is there another operator that will allow the window to open a full 90 degrees?

I am interested in a right and left operator.

Thank you,

Gale

Hi, Gale.

Based on what I see here, I recommend our 39-217 operator. Review our dimensions and compare them with your old assembly to confirm this matches what you need.
