Casement window operator

Question

Dealing with the casement window operator 39-044. The product packaging came with 4 small machine screws. What I need are the small bushing threaded, that the machine screws attach thru to, thru the holes in window metal frame.Looking to purchase 10 of each. 10 small machine screws and 10 of those "bushings"?

I would recommend going to a hardware store for these screws and bushing. The manufacturer of this operator doesn't supply them but a local professional should be able to match you up with the replacements that you need. Thank you.
