Casement window operator

Question

It is stamped as Truth 45275.  The arm is stamped with 40267.  Total arm length about 9.5"  4.5" from the end to the bend in the arm.  Thank you!

The casement operator shown in your photos resembles the 39-216 and 39-217. Take a look and review the specifications below to confirm that they match up to yours. These parts are compatible with the 39-107 cover and 39-114L handle. Thanks for posting!
