Thanks for writing in. Your casement operator appears to be our 39-031. The opposite handed version is part 39-032. Carefully confirm the measurements below to you existing hardware to confirm that this operator is the correct replacement.

Dimensions for 39-031

These are typically used with the 39-107 cover along with the 39-114 crank handle. I've also linked a few of the other compatible parts. They are a more updated version of the two parts mentioned previously.
