Crank not working. Long arm is 9 inches and has #30842R. Truth Hardware.

Thanks for posting. See our 39-031 and 39-032 Dual-Arm Operators. The link arm on these operators is 4-7/16". Please ensure this matches up; let me know if it differs in any way.
