I have casement window and the operator arm no longer connect to track at the bottom of the window (black piece seems to be broken and no longer holds the arm pin). I believe this is the right part for the track to connect to the operator arm. Or is there another type of clip that attaches to the operator arm to keep in the track when I'm cranking the window shut? Many thanks for your response.

Thanks for writing in! Based on the description of the issue with your arm, it sounds like you just need to replace the track slider. Take a look at our 39-529, carefully look over the dimensions and compare it to your existing hardware to determine if this is the right replacement. This is compatible with the 59-528 Casement Track.
