Hello! This cover appears to be a match for our 39-323. I think this may be what you need, but look it over and see what you think.

I also need the actual mechanism behind the plastic.
I think someone tried to force the window closed since the mechanism wouldn't work and it broke the plastic.
So, I need both.

That would be the operator. The 39-323 is actually compatible with a ton of different styles, so in order to recommend a match I'll need you to remove the original from the window and show me a photo of it without obstruction. Would that be possible?
