Hello I have some old windows and this one doesn't seem to work, I believe I need to get a whole new mechanism

Thank you for contacting us. It looks like a few of your photos didn't come through. However, from what I can see, it looks like you may have the 39-175 and 39-176 operators. These are compatible with the 39-109B handle which is sold separately. Take a look at the specifications and see how they compare with your old assembly.

Unfortunately, we do not sell a replacement for the cover. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
