If you're only looking for the hinge, please take a look at the 36-004-10. Your track uses a "snap stud" to attach the hinge arm, while the 36-004-10 uses a "clip stud" for the same purpose. This should still work as long as the specifications align and you replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
As for the operator, the 39-466, 39-139, and 39-142 would be the best we can offer from our inventory. Note that these use a metal roller, while yours uses a nylon roller, so your old track won't be compatible. We have the 39-520 and 39-504 tracks, but you'll have to review the specifications to see if either can be adapted to your window.
