Thanks for your post! Your window operator appears to be an older version of the 39-253LB Encore Dual Arm Operator. To determine if this is the correct replacement match, carefully look over the specifications and compare them.

This operator does not come with a cover and handle installed, so you'll also need either the 39-375 or 39-451. The other compatible hardware and accessories can be found tagged below.
