Casement window operator

Question

Hi there,

We are looking for a casement window operator for a Viking window. I see a similar product on your site, but I think the arm is too long. I have attached images of our existing (broken) operator and an image of the Viking window style number.

Can you please advise me? Any help you can offer is very much appreciated.

Hey, Alecia. This looks a lot like our 39-090, is that the one you were referring to? If so, I agree, that link arm is a little short compared to ours.

I'm afraid we do not have the 39-090 in any other sizes. You may be able to drill out the link arms and swap them using the 62-014 rivet. I've done that in the past with success when confronted with an operator like this. Let me know what you think of this solution.
