Casement window operator

Saw word "truth" stamped on operator. I need all parts including "sliders" that go into track that moves left to right. Can you help? Also, can you identify windows?

Send us photos of anything you want us to identify, from the operator to any associated parts to your window itself. We just need to see each part by itself.

I think operator is probably ok, The attachment point underneath edge of window has rusted and disintegrated. I'm willing to buy entire assembly but all I actually need is attachment part
