You have an older Andersen operator used way back in the 1950's. Suffice to say, it is no longer available. It's just too old.

That said, take a look at our 39-366, along with two type of operator tracks: either the 39-502, which mounts on the bottom of the sash, or the 39-520, which is a face mounted type. See if this could be used on your window as a replacement.
