Width of the body 5-1/8"8 installation holes to screw into base
Will also need the handles

Thanks for posting. Your operator looks like an older version of our 39-399. Look it over and let me know if you think this would work for you.
As for the lock, I can't really say. It would depend on the projection of the fork, which is kind of an awkward measurement to describe. Start by looking at our 38-095 and 38-096 and carefully look over our dimensions to see if they can work for you.

Are you referring to the locks? If so, are locks are not handed. They can work for the left or right interchangeably.
