Casement window operator arm length discrepancy

Question

Appears to be Caradco windows; numbers 40055 on bottom of the operator, along with an logo of a window and a "T" in the center of the window.

I see you have replacement operators with 9 1/2" arms and 13 1/2" arms. This one seems to measure 11".

Please tell me you can help. Thanks

Thanks for posting. I'm afraid an operator in this size is no longer made. However, I think you may be okay using our 9-1/2" version. In a worst-case scenario, you would have to move the track a little to accommodate, but the window should still open in the same way. The same principle applies to the 13" arm, but that may be too long for the sash. You would have to make sure you have the room.
