Hello! Can you please help us identify this part number. The black plastic guide broke off, so we need the arm and the brace that attaches to the vent frame itself. The other pieces are intact, but because the plastic piece broke, the mechanism won't stay together.
Measurements: 7 5/8 across the bracket that screws into the wood vent frame. And 5 1/2" arm.

Hello, Sherilynne. We can definitely help with this one. The part you're looking for is called a casement window hinge. Now, your exact model may not be made anymore, but I am confident that our 36-048 can be used as a substitute. You just have to replace the top and bottom at the same time; fortunately, the 36-048 comes as a pair for just this reason.
