Casement window operator bushing

Hello
I am needing what I assume is called a bushing. It is 2.5" long and sits inside window track as pictured on second photo (taken from a working window). First photo is for reference (not my window) but shows where the part sits. The arm connect to the plastic bushing which slides along bottom window track. The windows are old Pella windows. Thank you.
