Hi! Our casement window (if inside facing the outside, the right side), was damaged due to wind, causing the hinge to break. Here is the information we could find:

These are the measurements that we found ourselves (not listed on the parts)
9 3/4 inches attached to sill
7 inches on the window bottom
Arm is 5 1/4 inches (the part that connects sill and window)
"B" opening window

Thanks for reaching out to us. The 39-157 keeper comes to mind. I recommend you have a look at the 36-048 as well. Review the specifications for these parts and see if they match what you need. Just note that you'd want to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
Based on the link arm, it appears you have the 39-091 and 39-092 operators. However, the link arms were discontinued and I'm afraid ROTO offered no alternative. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
