Casement window operator replacement

A handy person from Belmont,NY says:
No idea what make window or operator this is.
Windows are approximately 63"h x 23"w.
Single arm is approximately 91/2" L.
Crank body is approximately 4"w.

You have an older Andersen Casement operator from back the 60's. These haven't been made in a long, long time but we still may be able to help. I recommend looking at our newer version Andersen operators like the 39-095 and 39-094 and see if you can retro-fit this to your window. You would also need a new 39-286 handle. 

I cannot guarantee that they will work, unfortunately, but if you're handy then you may be able to adapt them to your window.
