Casement window operator replacement

Question

Hi,
I need to replace this operator.

I believe the handle is working well, but there is internal "slippimg" when the handle is turned.

Can you help identify the part?

Hi Caolan,

Thanks for reaching out! The issue you are describing with the operator indicates that the worm gear has become stripped from the operator. When this happens, the entire mechanism needs to be replaced.

That being said, it can be replaced with the 39-264 Andersen Split-Arm Crank. I am confident this is what you'll need for the repairs but be sure to double check the dimensions.
