Hello, Lost our house in recent fires. Bought another 1940 built house. All window operators are of this type. What make are they? Are there replacements?

Hello there. This looks like an old push bar. See the 39-040, 39-070, or 39-077. See if you could adapt any of these to your window as a substitute. See what you think.
