Thanks for writing in! The casement window part you are searching for is referred to as a lock handle. Although, I do not recognize the style. To determine if there is a suitable replacement we can supply you with, I would like to see face plate, the linkage, tie bar, and/or any other related hardware.

I will need to see this hardware removed from the window, if possible.
