It looks as tho mine has 4 holes in it and yours has 3. Is this a replacement for that one and will also work, or do you have one closer?

I'm afraid your exact part isn't made anymore. The 39-417 is the closest possible match we have. I cannot guarantee it will work, and if it could it will likely need to be retrofit slightly, but it is the best match available at this time.
