Casement window part needs identification + replacement

Hi,
I have old Pozzi casement windows. The plastic shoe on the attached part is broken. See photos to help me identify the replacement part. I'm pretty sure these get replaced in pairs. These are the parts that attach to the window itself, then connect to the crank arm posts with retaining clips.
