Thanks for reaching out. Your operator looks a lot like our 39-221B (its opposite is 39-220B). Take a look over the dimensions to confirm that this is the right fit. I am confident this is the replacement operator for your window.
You may also need to replace the cover for this operator and the compatible standard cover is part 39-451. There is also the option for a folding cover if that is something you'd like to consider as well. It is part 39-375.

Reviewing your photos again, we don't sell this exact hinge set but I believe our 36-048 can be used as an alternative. The trick is that you have to replace the top and bottom at the same time; that way you can be sure the sash has an even operation. Look it over and see what you think.
