Replacing crank since window won't open or close. Brand name on crank is Truth.

Hello! Check out our 39-220B and compare its dimensions to your current operator to ensure everything matches up. You'll also need the 39-376 for a handle and cover.

Will these replace the Pella window crank?

I'm afraid they can't. Original Pella hardware tends to not work with non-Pella hardware, unfortunately.
