Casement window parts

Question

Have two casement windows with mechanisms that don't work and need replacing..  See photos.  Marking inside handle is U.S. Pat.4,083,264. Can. Pat 1979.  Then 45012.  Hope you can identify so I can purchase replacements from you.

Thanks for posting. To identify the entire casement window operator, please show us it from a bird's eye view with the window open, so the link arm(s) are clearly in view. We should be able to narrow down what you need from there. For a new handle and cover, see the 39-114L an 39-107 sold separately.
