Casement window parts needed

Question

My casement windows have Wright #07900 Cranks that are are wore out and need replaced. I have never been satisfied with the Wright cranks, do you have a replacement option that is more heavy duty?

I can't guarantee that we can supply a heavier-duty replacement but we'll need to see a photo of your original operator, including the arms that move the sash in and out to determine what could work in its place. Thank you!
