Casement window pivot. Double hung

Question

I need advice on a upper pivot for a casement window.  It had a plastic guide on it that fell apart and now the upper pivot is loose in tra k. I also have a double hung that needs a balancer bot it's hidden under a plastic cover. Thanks for your help.

Your first photo resembles a casement hinge like the 36-048 set. Take a look and confirm if the 10" base that attaches to the sill matches your assembly.

As for the balances, we'd be happy to look into this for you, but we would need to see the hardware removed from the jamb liner to determine if it's something we can supply. Thank you!
