Casement window repair

Question

Hello!

I have a window that is not closing fully. I am guessing an issues with the handle or operator?

The part number at the bottom of the operator is OP05-7554-03. Not sure if this helps identify what a compatible replacement would be?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

We can't be sure of what is causing the problem without being there to troubleshoot but I can tell you that your operator resembles the 39-330. We also carry the 39-329 opposite-handed version. Both parts use the 39-232 handle.

You may also want to check the top and bottom hinges for any damage, which could also be causing the window not to close fully. If so, take a look at the 36-048 hinge set with a 10" base. Thanks for posting!
