Casement window replacement

I have 7191-33 casement window crank. I need to replace the crank and the arm. Do you have a corresponding replacement part for this? Thanks.

We probably do have a replacement, but that model number is unfamiliar to me. Can you send a photo of the crank you need to replace? It can sometimes be hard to tell what a customer means by "crank" or "arm" (there are a lot of cranking parts and a lot of arm-shaped parts to sort out!) so we'd like to see the exact part you need.
