Casement window replacement hardware

Question

I have a casement window with truth parts, probably 30+ years old.  Original to the window.  The window cranks open but the crank doesn't work at closing.  There are multiple part #s:  6993, 20810A, 31538A on the 3 parts.  See photo.  I think the gearing has worn and I need to replace those pieces NOT the part #6993.  Photos attached.  What do you need from me? Window size is 12.5"W X 58" L

Thanks for reaching out! The casement operator reminds me of the 39-031 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator. You'll need to double check and compare the dimensions to be sure.

You'll find the opposite version operator tagged below this thread, along with the compatible hardware and accessories.

The part marked with the 6993 is the casement window hinge.
