Would you have a product that I can use to replace this casement window handle cover? I can purchase handles if need be as well. I was looking at the Truth hardware product 39-107.
the overall length is 5 1/2"
The width is 1 3/4" and
the shorter width of the wings on each side is 1/2 inch.
The height is just about 1 " .
If I can't replace covers, can I replace the mechanism and the get new covers and handles?

Unforutnately, I do not believe that the operator cover shown in your photo is meant to be replaced. We'd be happy to look into this further but we would need you to open the window and show us the operator arms that move the sash to compare to our inventory and determine which accessories would be compatible. Thank you!
