Looks like you have older Ashland brand hardware, which we do not carry. Unfortunately, I'm not even sure if their hardware is still available in general. I've made a list of potential replacement options for your window on this page, but I cannot guarantee that these parts will work for you. I'm sorry that we cannot give more reliable recommendations.
