I can open the window but there's not enough tension to close the window. The house was built in 1989. I can see WRIGHT on the arm operator.

Thanks for getting back to us. Your photos resemble the 39-031 and 39-032 EntryGard operators but you'll need to compare the dimensions shown on our product page, paying close attention to the length of the shorter link arm, to confirm they match your assembly.

Thank you. If I were to replace the crank handle and operator cover which Product numbers would those be?

Sure, take a look at the 39-107 cover, as well as the 39-114L or 39-205 folding handle.
