Casement window sash lock handle

Question

The locking latch on my bathroom Jen weld bathroom casement window is broken and will not unlatch the window, so it is locked shut. How does one remove the latch handle so it can be replaced. I cannot find any instructions on line for removing the latch handle nor can I find a replacement for the latch handle online. Here are photos of the latch handle.
