Casement window sliding bracket shoes

Quick Learner from Rock Springs, Wyoming
There are 2 shoes that slide in the metal guides one on top and one on the bottom of the window. These windows are using Truth hardware. Can I get replacement shoes with brackets?

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we aren't able to help with this description. Can you upload some photos of the shoes you're looking to replace? That's the best way for us to help.

Hey there, Emily isn't here today but I'll do my best to assist you.

Looks to me like you're looking to repair your hinges. Those shoes unfortunately aren't sold separately; the individual components of a hinge assembly unfortunately are only available with a complete set, so that is what you'll need to repair this window.

My top recommendation is the 36-048 hinge assembly. This looks similar in design to yours, though it's not identical. As long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time then you should be okay.

The other detail to be concerned about is the length of the base track. 36-048 has a 10" hinge. You'll want to measure yours to ensure that it's the same.

My hinge is 14"

In that case, have a look at the 36-049. This has a 14" base but review the specifications and see what you think.
