Hello I am looking to replace this top hinge on this casement window but I know there is different types looking for this one thank you

We don't sell this exact hinge, but you should be able to use our 36-048 as an alternative. Just note that it will be necessary to replace the top and bottom at the same time; you don't want to mix old and new hinges.
