Look for the bottom track assembly for a left opening and also right opening

Thanks for your post! The hinge you have here is a 4-Bar Hinge Set. I am confident we can provide you with the replacements you need but I'll need to know the measurement for the length of the track that installs to the sill.

It is 12 inch

You'll need either the 36-022 or 36-022HD to replace your existing hinges. Be sure to compare the dimensions for the sill track to determine the best fit for the window.

These can each be used for either right or left handed applications.
