Casement window track/hinge

Hi ,
Attached are photos of the top casement track/hinge that is not broken and the bottom track/hinge that is broken. Also is a photo of the track that is attached to the bottom of the actual window. And another photo showing the broken black piece. The black piece that arm "A" is attached to says Roto on it.
The track measures 10". Arm labeled "A" is 5.5" and the piece attached to the bottom of the window is 7.75".

Do you have something to replace it? Thanks

Wondering if there a way to ask the contractor who submitted this whether the piece you suggested worked.
