Casement window weather stripping

Question

I'm wanting to replace the kerf weather stripping on my casement windows (several places where it's crumbling) but I haven't really been able to find a match yet. I can't locate anything to identify the windows themselves. Do you have a replacement recommendation, based on these photos?
