Hello
Unfortunately I can not find any info on window but the stripping is a vinyl coated foam that presses into to the casement window track.
Your product #58-107 b appears to resemble what I have .

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid I can't tell if the 58-170B is a comparable match based on these photos. I would need to see an undamaged sample removed from the window so that the end profile is visible. Unfortunately, the more damaged the seal is the less likely we are to ID it.

Thank you, Brian! I agree. The 58-170B indeed looks very similar to what you have here. I think it's worth considering.
