Casement window with a crank that spins in place

Question

This is a casement window, 34" wide x 58" high. Our window repair person says we need to have the hardware replaced and if possible I would like to replace the entire mechanism. This is a Milgard window and I can't see the identifying specs stamped on the window itself, and there are no other identifiers.  Our window repairer will do the install.

The operator base shown in your photos looks like a match to the 39-091. We also offer the 39-092 opposite-handed version. Unfortunately, we only carry the base and handle for this assembly, which is the 39-224. Everything else, including the link arm, has been discontinued and is no longer available. We apologize for the inconvenience.
