Casement window won't close

Question

We could not figure out who makes our window or what we need to do to fix it. The crank opens the windows just fine but they won't close.

A Swisco rep showed us the 39-253LB and the 39-253RB and we ordered them.
The ones you suggested I order don't work. Attached are pics. The white one is ours, the grey yours. Notice ours has something at the end of each "arm".
Do you have anything we can use?

The Encore operators that you purchased use the 39-529 track slider at the end of the long arm, which is sold separately. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else. Thanks for posting!
