Casement window won't lock.

Question

Handle gauge shows open and lock. You have to keep turning handle to move a red indicator from left to right. Window opens but won't completely shut & lock. Handle rotates 360 degrees

Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm sorry to say that I would not be able to identify the replacement casement window hardware you need based on the description of the hardware and how it functions.

I'll need to see a photo of existing casement lock as well as any of its compatible hardware, like the keeper to make the best possible replacement recommendation.
