Casement windows closing mechanism replacement

Hello, I'm looking to replace the closing mechanism of both of my casement windows. The screw socket on the left one is broken and the right one is pretty rusty and hard to close. I'm a new home owner and don't really know what I'm looking at. The only markings I could find were "Truth, made in USA". That's probably net enough but any help on finding something compatible would be appreciated.
