Casement windows mechanisms

Question

Having issues with my casement window mechanisms. They will not close / retract properly. Gears appear they are slipping. Would like to get a replacement for all 4 windows
2 are left hand swing
2 are right hand swings
Window Manufacture is Ply Gem

Thanks for reaching out to us. Based on your photos, I recommend our 39-253LB and 39-253RB operators. You will also need to update to the new cover and handle with our 39-375 and 39-376. Finally, we also sell the 39-529 slider if you cannot reuse your original.
