I am looking for a right and left hand split arm operator for casement Windows installed around 2000. Please see attached photos of the part installed. Truth and 45251 are stamped on the underside of the operator. The arm measures 3 15/16" hole to hole.

It looks like you have an older Truth operator. I believe your best replacement would be the 39-318. However, the link arm you have is 3-15/16", rivet to rivet, while the 39-318 is 3-1/2" rivet to rivet. One thing you will have to do would be to remove the detach clip 39-105 from the bottom of the arm to the top. The other thing you might have to do is to move your sash bracket over 1/2" to meet up with the shorter arm on the 82-318. If all else fails, what I have done in this situation was to swap the link arms from the existing operator to the new operator. You can drill the arms out, then attach the old arm on the new operator with the 62-014 rivet.
